Is it really free?

Yes, fully free during the private beta — for the first 50 firms. No credit card required. No "free trial that auto-converts." When the beta concludes, we'll talk to active users individually about what comes next. The honest answer is: we haven't decided on pricing yet and we want your usage and feedback to inform that.

Who can sign up?

Mutual Fund Distributors with a valid AMFI ARN, SEBI-Registered Investment Advisors, and CFP-certified planners. If you fall outside those categories but think IFA Central would fit your practice, reach out via the contact form and we'll talk.

Is my client data secure?

Every firm gets an isolated database scope — your data and another firm's data never touch in any query. Authentication uses session cookies and CSRF tokens. SQL access uses prepared statements throughout. PII deletion is soft-delete by default so accidents are recoverable. We do not sell, share, or analyse your client data — it stays yours.

Can I import my existing data from Excel?

Yes — there's a bulk-upload step in the Clients page. Download the template, paste your existing client list (name, mobile, email, risk profile), upload, and you're in. Most firms with 200-500 clients are fully migrated in under 10 minutes.

What if I want to leave?

Export your full client list as an Excel file any time, from the Clients page. We'll add bulk export for policies, SIPs, and notes during the beta. You should never feel locked in — and if you do, that's our problem to fix.

Will pricing be added later?

Possibly. We're keeping the beta free to gather real usage data and unfiltered feedback. Beta users will get advance notice of any pricing change, generous transition terms, and — if pricing is introduced — meaningful loyalty pricing for the people who helped shape the product.
